Summer by the Sea
University accommodation at Bay Campus and Singleton Park Campus is available for new and current students in July and August 2025.
Applications open in the Spring Term, after the Easter holiday.
Staff & Visitor Accommodation
As part of the University’s campus provision, we are pleased to be able to offer short-term, onsite accommodation to staff, students and visiting colleagues.
Both Medium Ensuite (small double) and larger Premium Ensuite (double bed) rooms are available at Bay Campus at a cost of £140 and £155 per week respectively. The accommodation on offer is available during term time as well as during vacation periods and is provided on a ‘per week’ basis.

Singleton Park Campus: the most popular areas are Brynmill, Uplands, and Sketty.
Bay Campus: the most popular areas are St. Thomas and Port Tennant.
