The faculty seeks to pioneer exciting new approaches to research and innovation in tackling major global challenges and achieve success in international rankings and the UK Research Excellence Framework. We provide a common extensive research and innovation infrastructure to support research in the Schools of Culture and Communication, the Social Sciences, Law and Management.
We are funded by the UK research councils to train postgraduate researchers and develop research impact. We have developed long-term national and international university collaborations and have invested in strong internal research support structures and support for research integrity. We promote a wide range of postgraduate research and post-doctoral fellowship opportunities.
