We will act positively on customer feedback to maintain a high level of user satisfaction, and we will work collaboratively with stakeholders to continually develop and improve our services and processes.

On the 31st of January 2024, the IT Service Desk celebrated its first year of Service!

Since then, we have handled over 30 thousand incidents and 5 thousand requests, with 98% falling within the SLA and improved Customer Satisfaction to a record high rating of 91% positive feedback.

We have undergone a year of growth; both in the way we handle your incidents and the practices we apply to provide you with the best service possible.
