Important dates for Students

We advise that you keep note of these important dates and contact us if you have any questions.

Our courses have application deadlines to provide time between receiving an offer and enrolment for you to make the necessary arrangements to start your course on time, or in some cases to allow time for the selection process where this involves further assessment as required e.g.,Admission interviews.

Our Enrolment important dates are as followes:

Foundation deadlines applies to all foundation pathways.

International Year One (Standard) deadline applies to all Year one School of Management (Accounting and Finance, Business, Marketing) and Economics Pathways.

International Year One (Integrated) deadline applies to all other Year one pathways.

Postgraduate (Integrated) deadline applies to all Pre-Masters in Computer Science (Specialist Route), Languages, Politics and Culture and Engineering Pathways.

UK Bank Holiday and College Closed

Please note that Swansea University including our college staffs will be out of office on UK Bank holidays, we will respond to your enquiries upon return.

The above dates are for enrolled students at The College, Swansea University. For prospective students who hold an offer to study with The College, please refer to the relevant pathway level of study for our key deadlines.

It is your own responsibility to check these dates, inform your sponsors, and make the necessary payments before the above deadlines.

Late Payment Fees

Any payments not made by the required due date will incur a late payment penalty of £150.

Appeals for late payment

If you wish to request an extension for payment of fees without late penalty fines:

Please contact a member of College Services to request an extension appeal form. Extension appeal forms can also be collected from reception.
All appeals must be received by The College by 5pm Friday of the week prior to the payment deadline.
The College Senior Management Team will consider all appeals.
You will receive a response to your appeal (i.e. whether it has been approved or denied) via your Swansea University email.

Please note: Any charges/fines that have been accrued must be paid for by the above payment deadlines.
